For my final collection the first stage was research, i knew i wanted to keep my designs simple and boxy as i wanted to use a lot of print and embellishments. i decided to look into the 60s for some shape inspiration  for my collection. 

 

i also looked at the 60s for the type of girl i was designing for, someone who's cool and young and not afraid to wear something bright and quirky.
